Shipping Policy

These shipping terms and conditions apply to all orders of our products placed through our online shop which is operated by DIBA Persian Concept Store. The contracting party for the buyer is DIBA Persian Concept Store, represented by Kömmler GbR. Any deviations or supplementary agreements require written confirmation.

Delivery ​

The standard delivery time is usually 3-6 working days from the order date, unless otherwise specified in the online shop or in the order confirmation. As we have a large number of products available for pre-order in our online shop, delivery times may vary considerably. The respective delivery times are labelled in each individual case.

Delivery times depend on the availability of the items. If items are not available, the buyer will be informed immediately and may either cancel the order or choose a later delivery date.​ For orders with advance payment, delivery will only occur after payment is received.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer and the buyer is obligated to accept the delivery.If the buyer fails to accept the delivery, the buyer will bear the costs for any redelivery attempts.

Shipping costs and methods​

The flat rate shipping cost within Germany is €4.95. However, other regions may have different shipping conditions, please see the current rates below. For returns marked as "undeliverable" or "not collected from the pickup station," the actual shipping costs exceeding the flat rate will be charged. 

 

Your orders are typically shipped as parcels via DPD, DHL or Hermes and the you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipping status online.

- Standard shipping (3-6 working days): €5,00
- Express shipping (2-5 working days): €10.00

For all orders placed after noon, shipping will occur the next working day.
DIBA Persian Concept Store is not responsible for unanticipated shipping delays.

Damages to Goods​

If products arrive damaged, the buyer must immediately notify DIBA Persian Concept Store. The buyer can choose to return the damaged goods or cancel the order.

Retention of Title

The Ownership of the items remains with DIBA Persian Concept Store until the purchase price is paid in full.

Jurisdiction​

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or related to these shipping terms and conditions is the registered office of DIBA Persian Concept Store represented by Kömmler GbR.

Provisions​

If any provision of these shipping terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. An invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that closely approximates the intent and purpose of the original provision.
